About Swisttal
Swisttal is a region in the Rhein-Sieg area, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Swisttal got its names from a rivulet named Swist, which streams amidst the district. The Swist is a stream, 43.6 kilometers long, in the German Rhineland. It ascends on the northern edge of the Eifel at 330 meters above ocean level and exhausts rom the privilege and southeast into the Rhine tributary, the Erft, among Weilerswist and Bliesheim. At times the Swist is likewise called the Swistbach, and local people regularly simply call it der Bach. Swisttal is arranged around 15 km west of Bonn. It covers a territory of approx. 65 km² .
The neighborhood organization is arranged between the towns Ludendorf and Essig. In the region of the Buschhoven is the course of the previous Eifel water pipeline Eifel Aqueduct, a Roman reservoir conduit worked to supply Cologne with drinking water. The water manor in Morenhoven, the mansion of Heimerzheim and the compromise church in Buschhoven with its reconditioned sentiment organ, merit referencing. Kottenforst-Ville Nature Park, a characteristic safeguard. Rheinland Nature Park is a nature park in North Rhine-Westphalia, arranged between Bergheim, Kerpen, Erftstadt, Euskirchen, Konigswinter, Bornheim, Bonn, Bruhl, Hurth, Frechen and Pulheim. It covers a region of around 880 km².
