Schwanewede

Schwanewede is a region in the locale of Osterholz, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is arranged roughly 14 km west of Osterholz-Scharmbeck, and 22 km northwest of Bremen. It had a place with the Prince-Archbishopric of Bremen. In 1648 the Prince-Archbishopric was changed into the Duchy of Bremen, which was first administered in close to home association by the Swedish and from 1715 on by the Hanoverian Crown. In 1823 the Duchy was nullified and its region turned out to be a piece of the Stade Region. It comprises of 12 littler towns, that structure the region of Schwanewede, specifically Beckedorf, Lohnhorst, Meyenburg, Aschwarden, Neuenkirchen, Brundorf, Eggestedt, Harriersand, Hinnebeck, Leuchtenburg, and Rade. Bremen-Farge inhumane imprisonment Farge was subcamp number 179 of the Neuengamme death camp complex. It was set up in the harvest time of 1943. Whenever set up, it was the second biggest Neuengamme satellite camp, in spite of the fact that the main realized detainee check is 2092, recorded in March 1945. The detainees were utilized as slave work at the U-boot Bunker Valentin.
