About All Saints' Church

All Saints' Church, generally alluded to as Schlosskirche Castle Church to recognize it from the Stadtkirche Town Church of St. Mary's – and now and again known as the Reformation Memorial Church – is a Lutheran church in Wittenberg, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is where, as indicated by Philip Melanchthon. These were posted by Martin Luther in 1517, the demonstration that has been known as the beginning of the Protestant Reformation. From 1883 onwards, the congregation was reestablished as a commemoration site and re-introduced on 31 October 1892, 375 years after Luther's posting.

A first house of prayer committed All Saints was raised at the new living arrangement of the Ascanian duke Rudolf I of Saxe-Wittenberg from around 1340. Blessed on 6 May 1346, Rudolf subjected his establishment to the prompt locale of the Holy See. With further gifts made by his successor Duke Rudolf II, it was resolved the Wittenberg primary church by Pope Boniface IX in 1400.
