About Achim
Achim is a municipality and the largest city inside the district of Verden, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is located at the right financial institution of the Weser, approx. 17 km northwest of Verden and 16 km southeast of Bremen. The first recorded mention of Achim got here in 1091 as Arahem.
