Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October in Milan takes place MiVeg, the fair created to give greater visibility to the idea that no living being is worth more than another and that we all have the same right to freedom and a dignified life. At MiVEG curious people, and those who already believe that animals also have the right to respect and a dignified life, find food, drinks, workshops and conferences on Vegan culture and practice.

 

Only vegan food is prepared, free of animal ingredients. A healthy food, excellent and tasty, with products as much as possible from organic farming and at 0 KM, to reduce the impact on nature. Even gluten-free and raw foodists, to show that the possibilities of vegan selection are many that this is not a waiver and there are no limits to the imagination. At the bar space craft beer, soft drinks, sandwiches and for the most skeptical and the most gluttonous also many desserts, all without ingredients of animal origin.
