About Expressive Writing Workshop

 

"They are simply the narratives they tell”. The motivation behind the workshop is mindfulness utilizing the pen and paper. It will contain guided exercises that will empower members to comprehend themselves better. Workshop open to all over 18 years old. Members beneath 21 years old would need to be joined by a parent/gatekeeper. Workshop substance may not be suited for those underneath 15 years old. 

The workshop is: 

  • - Language freethinker for example English isn't a necessity. 
  • - For both, non-scholars and journalists for example the point is to write to express, not inspire. 

Input from past members: 

  • - "Expressive composing can be an incredible device to interface with oneself".
  • - "A medium to separate and to reconnect with myself". 

About the facilitator: Elita is a facilitator and consultant who utilizes stories as a mechanism of working with people, gatherings, and associations to enhance both, intra and relational connections. Elita has been blogging for as far back as eight years on subjects, for example, body inspiration, travel, psychological wellness, and prosperity.
