Goddess Hadimba is the spouse of Bhima who lived in the slopes of Dhungri and later vanquished the place and the hearts of the occupants. The mela to observe Hadimba's birthday is held from May 14 to16, in the woods. Amid the celebration, there is much happy making, music and move among the fans who inebriate themselves with rice lager
