The cost in the packages excludes:
1. Any Air/Train fare & extra travel part from the itinerary .
2. Any extra hours usage of CAB after working hours
3. Any entry tickets/passes/personal expense like Laundry/TIPS/Phone calls
from Hotels
4. Any chargeable hotel activities / events / add-on services.
Important Terms & Conditions
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by hotels, transporters, and local vendors.
• In destinations sensitive to weather, political conditions, security advisories, curfews, strikes, natural calamities, or administrative orders (including but not limited to Kashmir and similar regions), itinerary changes may occur without prior notice.
• In case of disruption due to force majeure situations, no cash refund shall be applicable if services are booked on a non-refundable basis. Any refund or adjustment will be strictly as per vendor policy.
• Where refunds are not possible, the company may, at its discretion, offer a credit note or rescheduling option, subject to availability and validity communicated in writing. Credit notes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the specified period.
• The company shall not be responsible for any commitments or assurances made by third parties or verbal discussions not confirmed in writing by the company.
• Heater / AC Usage Policy: In hill stations or cold regions, room heaters or air conditioners (where applicable) are chargeable on direct payment basis at the hotel, unless specifically mentioned as included in the package. Heater availability is subject to hotel policy, electricity regulations, and local weather conditions.
• Excessive or continuous use of heaters/ACs beyond standard hotel norms may attract additional charges, payable directly by the guest.
• Guests are requested to maintain respectful communication. Abusive behavior, repeated unreasonable demands, or misrepresentation of facts may lead to closure of the case without further discussion.
• By confirming the booking and making payment, the guest agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned in the itinerary and confirmation voucher.
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements, we try to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for
changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost
incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 02
days before the start of your Trip.
Booking policy is subject to change depending
upon the travel period and destinations opted for.
100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your Holiday You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation shall be effective only on the receipt of a written notification or an e-mail in this regard from the person who made the booking.
The following cancellation charges shall be applicable: ·
• Prior to 50 days or more: Booking Fee ·
• Between 50-25 days ahead of departure: 50% of tour cost ·
• Between 25-15 days of departure: 75% of tour cost ·
• 15 days to date of departure: 100%. ·
• In case of no show: 100% If we change or cancel your holiday
Note:-*In case of natural calamity we can postpone* your trip but in case of cancellation
our cancellation policy will be applicable.
Payment Terms
• For booking, You will initially pay the Advance token amount of 30%
Payement mode will be online only
• Remaining payment you will pay when arrive in Kerala airport/railway Station
• Once we received the advance payment, We will confirm your package
• You will also be sending your name as per your id proof , So we can make the reservation at your chosen properties
• We will send the confirmation vouchers within 3 working days after receiving the advance payment
• We will share Cab and driver details one day before your arrival day.
