Terms and Conditions

• 50% of the total package cost to process your bookings
• 30% of the total package cost after receiving the hotel voucher
• Remaining 20% of the total package during the trip in Manali .
• 1) If the cancellation is made any time before 15 days prior to check in then 20% of the total package amount shall be deducted.
• 2) If the cancellation is made within 14 to 7 days prior to check in then 40% of the total package amount shall be deducted.
• 3) If the cancellation is made in less than 7 days prior to check in then 100% of the package amount will be deducted.
• BUDGET PACKAGE INCLUDES/EXCLUDES
• 1. A Royal Enfield classic 350cc motorbike with front Drum Brakes.
• 2. Professional bike mechanic.
• 3.Support vehicle which are carrying: spare; bike/parts /gas/tools, mineral water, snacks, luggage)
• 4. Accommodation - hotels with twin-sharing rooms with attached toilets or camping in Swiss tents with attached toilets.
• 5. Meals- (breakfast, dinner + snacks) according to a buffet system. You can’t order from the menu.
• 7. Petrol (for the bikes and support vehicles for the whole the trip)
• 8.First Aid Kit.
• 9. Monument & Museum entrance fees you will have to pay extra
• 10. All accidental damage will be charged to the customer. We strive to ensure that all our motorcycles are in the best of condition before the ride with engines, running gear, tyres and cosmetics in the best possible condition.
