When I reached at Heddo Jettey on 30 sep at about 0800 h there was murmur that ship is rescheduled.On asking from several windows it was found that ship is rescheduled for 03 Oct 17 10 AM. THERE is no clear notice at Heddo Jettey or Phoenix Jetty placed. 1300 to 1400 pasngr especially outsiders kept on gods mercy. Helpline nos of Dir of Shipping services never attended.
