TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The above offer is subject to change without prior notice. No booking has been confirmed yet. 
• The above quotation is valid for Indian Nationals and a minimum of 02 adults travelling together at all times unless mentioned separately. 
• A passport should be valid for a minimum of 06 months from the return date of travel. 
• GST is included in the above package cost unless not mentioned separately. 
• 05% or 20% TCS on Package cost is not included in the above offer unless mentioned separately. As per the government notification, all foreign travellers from 01 October 2020 must file a TCS. 
• The above flight offer includes the lowest airfare till now but is dynamic and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation. 
• The luggage in flight/taxi will be allowed as per the airline/taxi policy. 
• Any hike in hotel rates, airfare, airport tax, fuel or toll taxes will attract a surcharge to be paid before the departure dates. 
• The Visa cost mentioned above is for Indian passport holders applying for a visa in India unless mentioned separately. 
• Tourism Tax, City Tax, and Resort Fee are directly payable at the hotel by the guest, if applicable. 
• Any request for King Bed/Twin Bed /Interconnecting Rooms is subject to Hotel Policies. 
• Gradually, the Check-In time is 15:00 hrs, and the Check-Out time is 11:00 hrs, but this may change as per the Hotel’s Policy. Early check-in/ late check-out is subject to availability. Any early Check-In and late Check-Out may involve additional charges. 
• Hotels may ask you to charge a security or brokerage deposit, which will be refundable at Check-Out. 
• All Inclusions/Activities remain identical, but the daily schedule (Itinerary) may change depending on availability and local conditions when the final itinerary is received. The itinerary as mentioned above is tentative. 
• Any currency fluctuation will be considered as per ROE based on XE.com. 
• Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund/cancellation. 
• No Change/No refund in the package if the flight is delayed for any reason.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Clients should pay a minimum booking amount per person for all destinations with their Passport (Front & Back Page) and PAN Card. 
• On the date of confirmation of package: ? 20,000 + Airfare, Visa with Insurance.
• 45 days or more before the tour departure: 50% of the package cost + Airfare, Visa with Insurance. 
• 45-30 days before the tour departure: 75% of the package cost + Airfare, Visa with Insurance. 
• 15 days or fewer before the tour departure: 100% of the package cost + Airfare, Visa with Insurance.

• Clients are to pay minimum per-person cancellation charges for all destinations.
• 45 days or more before the departure of the tour: ? 10,000 + 10% of the tour cost + actual charges as applicable for airfare, visa and insurance.
• 44-30 Days before the departure of the tour: ? 10,000 + 20% of the tour cost + actual charges as applicable for airfare, visa and insurance.
• 29-15 Days before the departure of the tour: ? 10,000 + 50% of the tour cost + actual charges as applicable for airfare, visa and insurance.

15 or fewer days before the departure of the tour: ? 10,000 + 100% of the tour cost + actual charges as applicable for airfare, visa and insurance.
