They were helpful and cooperative. The taxi driver was good driver but not good guide. He did not shown us all the spots. he tried to take us to those places where he can get commission. No WiFi was available in all three hotels given by travel agent. Only food was tasty. we got cheated also at Kufri in Shimla, bought Kesar worth Rs.500 was found to faulty. Purchased Shawls & blankets at Vimla Shawls kullu. found to of low quality after wash. all this places recommended by Taxi Driver may be for commission. good fun snow. do not take any package for snow point for ride. only take rented dress.

We went to Shimla, Kullu & Manali on 1st week of October 2016. We booked the hotel on our own and took the service for pick up from Delhi-Shimla-Kullu & Manali-Delhi back (Transporation & Sight Seeing). Travel Beyond Service was Good, Every thing was arranged properly, Owner of Travel Beyond Mr. Purvaj Chauhan was very kind and polite in terms of flexibility. Only small issue is that, it was informed before the trip, there will be 1 driver with the car for 6 day trip, but every day one new driver and car has came, it was difficult for us to understand with new drivers. This needs to be improved. But even there is many drivers / car, they came on time to pick us from the hotel where we are staying. Overall enjoyed the trip
