In general terms fine. But I'd like to recommend that your drivers carry a card with the name of the client to find them essily. And also that the travel agency provides the booking anf train tickets printed. I had the tickets in my tablet and I found it hard to print them. Finally, we didn't complete the whole tour because Mr. Kailash (the driver) stopped in his office at lake Bhimsal and left (I suppose it was because of Diwali festival), then another person from the agency drove us to the Kathgodam station where we arrived at 2pm. And wait until 9pm that our train departed to Delhi.
