You will be picked up at the airportrailway station and go for a visit to Maa Kamakhya Temple one of the famous shakti peethas located at the top of Nilachal Hills from where you can have an eagle eye view of the whole city then drive to Kaziranga. Spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra River, its forests, wetlands and grasslands are home to tigers, elephants and the world/’s largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Early morning go for Elephant Safari the usual sightings at the park are of rhinos, elephants, deer, Asiatic buffaloes, Sambars, boars and a wide variety of birds, including migratory birds. Then after breakfast you can go for local sightseeing like orchid Garden visit and Tea Estate visit. Then drive to Shillong, the capital of the state of Meghalaya and home to the Khasi tribe. Shillong has rightly earned the sobriquet of Scotland of the East owing to the rolling hills, beautiful scenery and climate. On the way you will visit the beautiful Umiam Lake, a major tourist attraction located just before entering Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.

In the morning you will visit Shillong peak and get a bird/’s eye view of the entire city of Shillong and then go to Elephanta falls. Then drive to Cherrapunjee, the erstwhile rainiest place in the world. On the way, experience the beautiful rolling hills, the flora and the waterfalls, most importantly the Nohkalikai, Wah-kaba waterfall and Seven Sisters Falls, a seven-segmented waterfall which falls from a height of over a 1000 ft, you can also some of the caves like Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave and night stay at Cherrapunjee. (Shillong Peak is temporarily closed, if it opens by at your arrival than you visit)

Today morning after breakfast, you will go for the sightseeing of Thangkharang & ECO Park. Also, you will go for the visit of Wei Sawdong Falls a three step picturesque falls located at Cherapunjee. One should be physically fit to trek down to the waterfall as there are no proper stairs and it/’s a steep 70-90-degree difficult trek. The local people have made the stairs and path using branches of trees after this day long activity overnight stay at Cherapunjee.

Drive from Cheerapunjee to Mawlynnong, a picturesque village located in East Khasi Hills along the India-Bangladesh border. Declared as the cleanest village in Asia by Discover India magazine in 2003, the modestly existing Mawlynnong has alternatively been known as /’God/’s own garden/’ too. Go for a short trek of the village and see the Khasi way of life and meet the locals. You can visit Balancing Rock, Sky Walk, Bangladesh View point and the longest Living Root Bridge. Early morning after breakfast process to Juwai. Go for a visit to KrangSuri water fall, Tryshi waterfall and then you can visit jarian pitcher plant lake which is a lake of Carnivorous plant. Then drive back to Shillong. In evening if time permits than you can also visit Shillong Local market. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Early morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey home.
