4 Days Mumbai to Maldives Tour Package

The tour was very well planned and executed.Excellent accomodations, food and Other arrangements done. i have few suggestions for you to consider; 1.On arrival the agent/Rep was late to arrive caused little concern. 2. At departure no rep at airport, no advance info of delay in flights, we were as if only pushed out of hotel 4hrs ahead of flight schedule and thats the end of it. Flight is there or not, if it is delayed what are the change in arrangements no one knows 3. the tickets for mughal garden units were not paid in advance,these hadto be paid by us and reimbursed by agent later. 4.You must plan to have an agent/guide with at least two groups of 6 each at every site to explain things,i think even drivers can take this role,excuse is of Unions which we did not find except in case of transports and Horse owners. 5. While coming to airport finally, three families of two members each were planned by the agent in one car at 0830hr dep.. Firstly the transport was late by 20mnts and than one of the thre couples, staying at the same premise came only after 45 mnts making other 4 waiting and agent being helpless. In such cases your instructions should be very clear saying that movements to the siteseeing spots can be mutually fixed with the car drivers and agent kept informed, but for departures like to Airport,which is time scheduled, any delay more than 15mnts by any passanger shall result in leaving him behind to find his own way and the trip planners will not be responsible for it. The other passangers can not be put to long inconvenience. Rest of trip was very well enjoyed and we look forward for more such trips. with best regards, Abhimanyu Gupta
