Terms & Conditions – The Traveller Vibes

Please be advised that once the cost of a tour or service has been finalized, any subsequent increase in government-imposed fees—such as entry charges to monuments or museums, taxes, fuel rates, or guide service charges—will be considered additional and shall be charged to the client accordingly.

The rates quoted by The Traveller Vibes are based on current agreements with various service providers including hotels, airlines, and transport agencies. These vendors reserve the right to revise their prices without advance notice. In the event of such adjustments, The Traveller Vibes may revise the package price to reflect the updated rates.

The Traveller Vibes and its partner agencies function solely as intermediaries between the client and the third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport operators, railways). All service-related documentation—including tickets, vouchers, and service confirmations—is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined by these third parties. The contractual relationship in such instances lies between the client and the concerned service provider.

The itineraries offered by The Traveller Vibes are meant to serve as general outlines and may be subject to change based on a variety of factors, such as climatic conditions, road status, participant fitness, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to alter transport modes, accommodation, or sequence of activities in the interest of safety, comfort, or practicality—without any liability for compensation or refund. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes shall be borne by the client.

The Traveller Vibes bears no liability for delays, alterations, or losses resulting from natural disasters, mechanical failures, transport breakdowns, weather anomalies, health emergencies, civil unrest, government orders, theft, strikes, epidemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. Clients are responsible for any additional expenses that may arise due to such occurrences.

The Traveller Vibes also assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss of property, or death resulting from negligence or misconduct by independent contractors such as transport companies, hotels, or tour facilitators. Any equipment used—be it vehicles, bicycles, boats, or adventure gear—is done so at the client’s own risk and discretion.

Clients are advised that The Traveller Vibes does not provide any insurance coverage for personal loss, health issues, or accidents. It is strongly recommended that travelers secure comprehensive travel and health insurance independently before departure. All personal belongings and baggage remain the sole responsibility of the traveler throughout the journey.

The Traveller Vibes retains the right to cancel a booking or terminate any service if circumstances make the continuation of the trip unfeasible. In such cases, our liability is strictly limited to refunding the paid amount, and no further claims for damages or losses shall be entertained.

We also reserve the right to deny services to any individual at our sole discretion, without any obligation to disclose the reasons.

All disputes and legal matters arising out of this agreement shall be subject to arbitration, with an arbitrator appointed by The Traveller Vibes. Legal jurisdiction for any such matters shall be exclusively held by the courts in New Delhi, India. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall be governed solely by the laws of India.
