Payment & Cancellation policies

Payment Terms : -

  • 50% of the total billing amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 30 days prior to the travel date.
  • Balance 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
  • In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel 75% of the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation and if the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.


Cancellation policy :  

  • If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to date of arrival u2013 15% of the total bill will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled 29-15 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled 14-08 Days prior to date of arrival u2013 50% of the total bill will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled 07 Days less prior to date of arrival u2013 100% of the total bill will be charged.
