After Breakfast, proceed to visit Thrissur Lourdes Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Kerala. After that visit Shrine Basilica of Our Lady of Dolours, also known as Puthanpally built in Indo-Gothic style. The main attraction is the 260 feet high Bible Tower at the rear of Church which is the tallest Church Tower in Asia. Later proceed to visit Saint Euphrasia Shine. She was canonised as a saint by Pope Francis on 23 November 2014 in Vatican City. Thereafter, transfer to visit St. Thomas Church, Palayoor. This historical church was established in 52 AD by St Thomas. It is the first church in India, and is called an Apostolic Church credited to the Apostolate of St. Thomas. Later proceed to visit Kodungallur Mar Thoma Church. The Kodungallur church is considered to be one of the oldest churches built by St. Thomas second only to St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Church, Palayoor. Later, visit Shrine of St. Mariam Thresia Chiramel. She had been involved in apostolic work her entire life and pushed for strict adherence to the rule of her order amongst her fellow religious. Mother Mariam Theresia is the founder of the Congregation of Holy Family sisters and she was canonized on 13 October 2019. Overnight stay at Chalakudi.

After Breakfast drive to Malayattor. St. Thomas is believed to have landed in Kerala in AD 52 and was engaged in evangelical activity. Later transfer to visit St. Thomas Kottakkavu Church, Paravur. Kottakkavu Church was established by St. Thomas in North Paravur in the Ernakulam district. It is considered to be one of the oldest Churches in Kerala. Thereafter, visit St. Philomenas Church Koonammavu. The church has become a pilgrim center since the canonized Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the founder of CMI and CMC congregations died and was buried here. Chavara Kuriakose Elias who was beatified in 1986 and canonised in 2014. The prayer room, the room in which he died are being visited by people and his personal belongings are kept in a museum. Later, proceed to visit St. George Church, Edapally. St. George/’s Syro-Malabar Forane Church, locally known as Edapally Church , is a Catholic pilgrimage church in Edapally, Kochi, Asia/’s largest shrine to Saint George, about five million people visit it every year. The church is thought to have been founded in 593 AD. Edapally church was built during the sixth century. A new church was built adjacent to the old church. Overnight stay at Cochin.

After Early Breakfast, transfer to visit St. Thomas Church, Kokkamangalam. Kokkamangalam church or Gokkamangalam church is situated at Gokkamangalam near Cherthala in the Alappuzha district. St. Thomas sailed to Gokkamangalam where he preached the gospel for about a year. Later, proceed to visit Saint Alphonsa Shrine at Bharananganam. Saint Alphonsa is the first woman of Indian origin to be canonised as a saint by the Catholic Church and the first canonised saint of the Syro-Malabar Church. Thereafter, proceed to visit St. Thomas Church, Nilackal, Pathanamthitta. Saint Thomas accompanied by Habban came over here and baptised 1100 people. Thereafter, proceed to visit Niranam Church. Niranam Pally is one of the oldest churches in Kerala. It is believed that the church was founded by St. Thomas, in AD 54 at Niranam near Thiruvalla in Pathanamthitta district. After Breakfast, transfer to visit Kollam Church. The Our Lady of Purification or Kollam Port Church is established by St. Thomas. In ancient times, Kollam was a famous harbour and trade center. According to local tradition, St. Thomas established a church near the port, which is believed to have been destroyed by the Arabian Sea. Present church was built in 1993, foundation stone laid by HH Pope John Paul II in 1986. Later, transfer to visit Thiruvithamcode St Marys Church also called Arapalli or Thomayar Kovil. It is located in Thiruvithamcode, Tamil Nadu, India, 30 km to the south of the Kerala state border. It is believed by the Christian communities in Kerala that the historic Thiruvithamcode Arappally, also called Amalagiri church as named by the Chera King Uthiyan Cheralathan, was built by St. Thomas in AD 52.AD. Later, proceed to visit Kovalam Beach. Overnight stay at Thiruvananthapuram.
