After relax, visit local Mughal Gardens like Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chasma Shahi, Pari Mahal and Shankar Acharya Temple. In the evening opt for a Shikara Ride on the famous Dal Lake. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude Himalayan lakes. You can hire ponies to Thajiwas Glacier (on your own). In the evening back to Srinagar for overnight in Hotel.
