» Payment Terms & Methods: *40% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost
» Cancellation & Refund Policy:
* 75% Refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 50% Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 25% Refund will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

» Other Terms & Conditions, if any(optional): v 15% Discount at Watermark - Floating restaurant in Panjim (Advance Table reservations Comulsory) v Complimentary 02 bottles of mineral water, replenished daily. v Wi-Fi connectivity on complimentary basis for browsing only. v Complimentary use of Swimming Pool (proper swim wear required). v GST inclusive Reservation Norms: Ø Check In: 14:00hrs Check Out: 12noon Ø Rooms will be subject to availibility unless confirmed with payment. Ø For arrivals prior to 09:00 hrs, the reservation needs to be made & held from the previous night. Ø For late night or early morning pick up between 19.00hrs till 06.00hrs additional amount of Rs 1000 - will be charged. Ø Rooms will be held up to 18:00 hrs on arrival day unless prior information for late check-in is provided.
