Rise early morning to catch the enchanting beauty of surroundings. Proceed for Jungle jeep safari inside the Corbett national park. Explore the unspoilt flora and fauna and witness wilderness. See deer, sloth bear, wild boar, leopard, the marsh mugger and gharial crocodiles and maybe you get lucky to spot the Royal Bengal Tiger. See a wide variety of birds and some people have also spotted fresh water dolphin here. Return to hotel and take a fill at morning breakfast. Later check out and drive to Ranikhet, 95 kms away, approx 2.5 hours drive. Ranikhet, meaning Queen’s Meadow is a tranquil hill station surrounded by lush green forests and majestic Himalayan ranges covered with Oak and pine forests. Today morning after breakfast at hotel, set out for local sightseeing. Visit Naina Devi temple, a highly revered temple dedicated to Goddess Shakti on the north shore of Naini Lake and then further to Snow View Point (ropeway charges not included). Later we go for an excursion tour to Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal. Naukuchiatal means a nine-cornered Lake. It is the deepest lake of Nainital with depth of 40mts. Enjoy rowing and paddling here. Bhimtal, once the part of the ancient silk route, is another picturesque lake in Nainital on a higher sea level than Naukuchiatal. Named after Bhima of Mahabharata, it is surrounded by green mountains on all sides and offers peaceful time with nature. Later return to hotel and relax after having dinner.
