Semeljci is a municipality in Osijek-Baranja County, Croatia. According to the 2011 census, Semeljci has four,362 population, ninety eight.6% of whom are Croats. Semeljci is placed thirteen kilometres east of Dakovo, and is bordered by means of Kesinci, Farkasevac and Koritna. In the thirteenth century, Semeljci turned into a large village close to present-day Kešinci. In the second half of the 15th century it reverted to the possession of feudal Gorjanskis and became referred to as Somoghka.
