Wenchuan Special Tourism Zone

This is known as the 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake. Completed in 1963, Wolong National Natural Reserve is the most dependable. Wolong National Nature Reserve is arranged in the southwest of Wenchuan County, 130km 80 miles from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province.

It is the middle bit of Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuaries, one of the World Natural Heritages in China. A short time later, a Wenchuan Special Tourism Zone was worked to celebrate the casualties of the seismic tremor, in this manner making more employments for the survivors and spreading the way of life of the Qiang and Tibetan ethnic minorities. On May twelfth in 2008, a 8.0-extent seismic tremor decimated Wenchuan County of Aba in Sichuan.
