Ancient Cultural Street

Ancient Cultural Street is located in the Nankai District, Tianjin. It is situated on the west bank of the Haihe River, with the Temple of the Queen of Heaven as its land focus. Old Cultural Street starts from Gongbei Avenue in the north, and closures at Gongnan Avenue in the south, being 750 yards 687 meters in length and 16 feet 5 meters wide. It was first opened in 1986.

Albeit basically a business road, it draws in guests who come to see its special architectural styles, appreciate its classic cultural highlights, purchases different folk crafts, and test the heavenly local snacks. Most importantly, as guests go out for a walk there, they will be especially impressed by the impressive reproduction classical architecture in the folk style of the Qing Dynasty 1644-1911.
