what we booked was a day tour with japanese guide which.was approx 40usd higher than the tour with english guide. however, no japanese guide attended and contracted primary tour agence did even not that. then i called to the travel agency whos name is mr. matt nguyen in threeland travel dba grayline vietnam to ask for reimbursement. he did not say any apologize, even he promised to send an e-mail to me to explain how to refund tge money back by eob though, no e-mail comes from the company. the c
