It is a placid and tranquil place. It is located on the River Sabarmati. It is also known as Harijan Ashram, Gandhi Ashram and Satyagraha Ashram. It was built in 1915 by Gandhiji. Today it is the most important tourist spot where international and Indian tourists come to have a look at the reminiscences of Gandhiji. The ashram also consists of Magan Niwas, Mandir and Nandini. The museum also comprises of the art gallery, archives and library.

 

It was built by Sultan Ahmed Shah I in 1424. It is majestic and spectacular as the Jama Masjid in Delhi. It is situated adjacent to Bhadra Fort with the road extending from Manek Chowk to Teen Darwaza. It is the highest watermarked mosque with astounding architecture and beauty in Western India
