Adet

Adet is a town in northwestern Ethiopia. Located south of Bahir Dar within the Mirab Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Region or kilil, this town has a latitude and longitude of 11°16′N 37°29′ECoordinates: 11°16′N 37°29′E with an altitude of 2,216 meters above sea stage. It is the biggest settlement in Yilmana Densa woreda. Adet is surrounded through rivers, called Shenna and Shegize.

The southern a part of Adet is called Felseta Mariam deber and Zerabruke Anbesit Mewucha. The northern element is referred to as Kurrastiyon or Ersha Mermer. The southeastern element is referred to as Ereberbe Gabriel Yegetoch Bahir zafe. The East of Adet is called Mender Eyesus, and the west Adet Hanna. Records at the Nordic Africa Institute internet site provide details of the primary faculty in Adet in 1968. In January 1985, proposals were invited for the development of an agricultural studies station at Adet.
