Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30 days or more For Trip : 90% refund of the total package cost (after deducting any applicable processing charges).
• Cancellation between 15 to 29 days For Trip: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellation between 7 to 14 days For Trip: 25% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellation less than 7 days For Trip: No refund will be applicable.
• Partial Cancellation: Refund will be calculated based on individual service cancellation policies (hotel, transport, etc.).
• Non-recoverable Costs: Charges like visa fees, permit fees, entry tickets, insurance, and partially used services are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
• Third-Party Bookings: Cancellation of flight/train/bus tickets is subject to airline/bus operator policies, and cancellation charges will apply as per their terms.
• Change of Dates: Allowed subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Early Departure or Unused Services: No refund will be provided for early departures or unused services during the trip.
• Booking Cancellation by Company: Full refund will be provided if the company cancels the trip (except under force majeure conditions).
