After breakfast start the day by visiting Rajamala- house of the highly endangered mountain goats - the Nilgiri Thars This is also the place where Nilakuranji flower blossoms in every 12 years. Go for The Echo point , Kundala lake for boating in Shikara type of boats and speed boats. The dam is flanked by forests and a vast expanse of grassland on one side and the Kundala tea plantation on the other. In the Afternoon visit pothamedu view point and blossom park. Overnight in Munnar.

Arrive by noon at Thekkady and check in to the Hotel/Resort. Afternoon at the Periyar lake for boating, around which the sanctuary is built.
