• • Per person rates in Rs. - applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room
• • Service Tax extra as applicable is Included
• • Transportation as per itinerary only not available at disposal
• • The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost
• • Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP
• • Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner
• • The package cannot be combined with any other offer
• • Check inn and Check out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.
• • In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the Kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel
• • A/C Will be switched off in Hilly Areas.
• • In case of any irraleted activities in Jammu & Kashmir, The Roomie is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
• • In case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The Roomie is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
• • In any case of heavy snow fall or any irrelated activities roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and The Roomie is not responsible for any loss
• • Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotels cancellation policy and The Roomies Cancellation policy
• • Cost related to Inner Line Permits for Leh Ladakh is not included in the package.
• • The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year
• • The Roomie is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers travelling, any misshaping any road accident during the tour.
• • The Roomie is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tyre bust or any other problem in vehicle during the tour In this case no refund will be given
• • Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway etc Games is not included
• • Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of tour, if full package payments not done in the given time frame your booking will stands cancelled & The Roomie is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
• • All the meals mentioned in itinerary would be provided in specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour.
• • Travel/Medical insurance not included
• • Fees / Charges related to any tourist Permit is not included.
• • Personal medical kit is not included
• • Expenses for personal nature is not included
• • Emergency evacuation cost is not included
• • Permit related to Rohtang is not included
• • Anything not mentioned under Inclusions in your itinerary is exclusion
• Please Note:- Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with Terms and conditions, Stay, Food, Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or misshaping during tour, Any Road accident During the Tour, Regarding Permits to rohtang, inner line permit for leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to National parks any state or borders or places closed due to some irrelated activities, Regarding payments and refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions or above package offered by The Roomie or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Ambala only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Cancellation Policy
• • Prior to 45 days or more: 40% of amount will be deducted of total package amount
• . Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deducted of total package amount
• . Between 30 and 21 days of departure: 60% of amount will be deducted of total package amount
• . Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted of total package amount
• . 14 days prior to date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted of total package amount
• . In case of no show no refund will be given
