• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• • 30 days prior to arrival date – 5% Cancellation Charge
• • Between 30 - 15 days prior to arrival date - 25 % Cancellation Charge
• • Between 15 - 7 days prior to arrival date - 50% Cancellation Charge
• • Between 7 days - 48 hours prior to arrival date - 75% Cancellation Charge
• • Less than 48 hours or No Show - NO REFUND
• • No refund on cancellation of safari once booked
