I'm really very very pleased with arrangements you made for us.Everything was perfect from the start to end. The driver (Mr.Arun) was excellent and very helpful, the hotels & Resorts was perfect. It was excellent, much before the train reached the station we have started receiving the calls from Zia tours and Car driver. Vehicle was clean and driver was like guide to us and Zia tours were in touch everyday. Accommodation provided was also comfortable in both the locations i.e, in Munnar and Thekkaddy. We thank Zia tours for their arrangements made during the trip.

hotels were not consistent. overall assistance was good and trip was smooth.
