We were completely satisfied with our Kerala package done by you. The hotels which we had selected were awesome. We had enjoyed our stay at Green woods Resort.I suggest ,you recommend Green Woods Resort to all your clients.We had smooth check in & checkout at all the places.Also had a tour coordinator who had called us couple of times to check whether we had checked in properly (Angel was her name) The hotel bookings,car booking & over all tour was excellent.We had enjoyed a lot.I would recommend Gurmansh travels booking to all my friends & family.Good job done..Keep it up & all the best for future.

The room provided at Cochin was at IMA studio apartment. The room was very nice.food was also nice.
The hotel provided at Munnar was Wyte Mist . It was 23 km before Munnar. It was 23 km before Munnar. However in the confirmation voucher it was given as Emarld Inn which was in the Munnar. When we reached there the hotel people told us that we don't have any room booked in that hotel in our name. We tried to connect the local representative Ms Meena she didn't pick our call .
Then we called our our travel agent who then told us to go to Wyte Mist which was 23 km back. So we wasted lot of time to go back again at Wyte Mist. Actually we could have reached to hotel by 5 pm but we landed at hotel at 730 pm. This could have been avoided had they told us properly about the hotel name. The local representative Ms Meena was uncooperative. Such people should not be in hotel business .
The rooms were very small but the surrounding and the area around the hotel was very nice.
The hotel at Thekkady was Spice Valley. Room decent. But food horrible. Even lodged written complaint to the management.
It was confirmed by travel agent that house boat will be AC deluxe falcon cruise. But boat provided of swan cruise . Ac was there but no TV. When asked it was told by house boat people that TV is provided only in deluxe boat. When we paid for deluxe boat it is not understood why deluxe boat was not provided.
