Day wise Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival Kolkata

Welcome to Kolkata: - Incredible North India tour will start with your arrival at Kolkata. Get grand reception at airport arrival by Trojan Holidays representative. Get transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.





Day 02: Kolkata – sightseeing

After breakfast get ready for sightseeing of Kolkata city tour covering Howrah Bridge*, Belur Math, Vivekananda Setu*, Dakshineswar Temple, GPO*, Writers Building*, Eden Garden Stadium*, St. Pauls Cathedral Church, Victoria Memorial Hall, Mother House & Birla Temple. Overnight at the hotel.



Day 03: Kolkata - Varanasi (by train 1910 HRS Departure/ 0810 hrs arrival)

After healthy breakfast in the morning check out from the hotel. Day free for leisure activities and in the evening transfer to railway station to board the train to Varanasi. Varanasi-said to be the India’s most sacred city situated on the western bank of the holy river Ganga. It is also the oldest living city in the world. As a place for devotion and worship, with hundreds of temples dotting the city, sunrise on the river front as seen from a boat can be a spiritually uplifting sight. It has a fascination uniquely its own, a quality of sublime beauty, a timeless eternal appeal. Varanasi is the city which cannot be described, only experienced. Overnight in train.



Day 04: Arrive Varanasi

Arrive Holy city Varanasi our representative will receive you at railway station and later check in to the hotel and after healthy breakfast in the morning excursion to Sarnath, 10kms & East of Varanasi, is the place where Buddha chose to deliver his first sermon. The celebrated Mantra, 'Buddham Sharanam Gachhami', owes its origin to Sarnath. On the day before his death Buddha included Sarnath along with Lumbini, Bodh Gaya and Kushinagar as the four places he thought to be sacred to his followers. It makes Sarnath one of the most venerated Buddhist places. Besides Buddhism, Sarnath is also connected with Jainism. There are many Buddhist monuments and edifices in Sarnath. Some of the important Buddhist monuments at Sarnath are the Dhamekha stupa, the Chaukhandi stupa and monasteries and temples of different schools of Buddhism from Japan, China, Thailand, Burma and others. The Indian Buddhist society called Mahabodhi Society maintains a park around the Buddha temple. The Mahabodhi Temple within the park has a tooth relic of the Buddha. There is also a vast expanse of ancient ruins at Sarnath. Several Buddhist structures were raised at Sarnath between the 3rd century BC and the 11th century AD, and today it presents the most expansive ruins amongst places on the Buddhist trail. The Ashoka pillar of Sarnath is the National emblem of India. Also visit the deer park and the museum and later back to Varanasi. Evening view “Aarti” ceremony on the Ghats. Night stay at Hotel in Varanasi.



Day 05: Varanasi – Agra (by train 1640 HRS Departure/ 05:45 hrs arrival)

Early morning go for Ganga boat ride. After healthy breakfast in the morning day free for own leisure activities. check out from the hotel and proceed to railway station to board your train to Agra, Overnight in train.



Day 06: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

Arrive Agra in the morning and our representative will pick you from the station and then transfer to hotel. Check in to the hotel and after healthy breakfast drive to the City of Taj Mahal - the beautiful city is situated on the banks of holy river Yamuna. Agra is the third largest city in the state of Utter Pradesh in India and a prominent tourist destination in the country. Millions of tourists visit Agra from all across the world every year to see the beauty of majestic Taj Mahal and other historical monument lying everywhere in the city. Agra is primarily witness of Mughal architectural excellence and their love for structural designs. Agra is also a prime center of rich cultural heritage and art in India.



Day 07: Agra – Delhi (240 kms/ 4 hrs drive)

After healthy breakfast in the morning check out from the hotel and proceed to Delhi the capital of kingdoms and empires is now a sprawling metropolis with a fascinating blend of the past and the present. It is a perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land. A window to the kaleidoscope - that is India. Later, get transfer to the hotel. Cheeck in to the hotel and later proceed for sightseeing.



Day 08: Delhi – Haridwar (240 kms/ 5 hrs drive)

After healthy breakfast in the morning drive to Haridwar & transfer to hotel. Later take a dip in Holy Ganges and visit Pareshwar Mahadev Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple, Har Ki Pauri, Lord Shiva Temple, Mansa Devi Temple at the hill top ascend to temple by cable car. Evening visit bank of river Ganges for Evening Prayers. Later witness Aarti of the Holy River Ganges. Aarti is the beautiful ceremony in which deeyas (the oil lamps) are offered to God. Aarti can be done to a deity in the temple or it can be done to a saint. It is performed to God, in any manifestation, any form, by any name. The essence of the aarti ceremony is a time when we say "thank you," and we offer the light of our thanks, the light of our love and the light of our devotion. We realize that the small deeya is nothing compared to the divine light which shines on us all day. Night stay in Haridwar.



Day 09: Haridwar – Rishikesh (40 kms) – Haridwar

After healthy breakfast in the morning get ready for city tour of Haridwar and Rishikesh. Take a dip in Holy Ganges and visit Pareshwar Mahadev Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple, Har Ki Pauri, Lord Shiva Temple, Mansa Devi Temple at the hill top ascend to temple by cable car. Later proceed to visit Laxman Jhula- a hanging bridge on the river Ganga is one of the most famous spot in Rishikesh. According to Indian mythology, Lakshman, the younger brother of Lord Rama crossed the Ganga with the help of hanging bridge made of Jute. The bridge offers a scenic view of the river Ganga as it tumbles down to Haridwar. Also visit Bharat Mandir - the oldest temple in Rishikesh, near the Triveni Ghat. This temple is dedicated to Bharat, the younger brother of Lord Ram. Evening visit bank of river Ganges for Evening Prayers. Later witness Aarti of the Holy River Ganges. Day 10: Haridwar – Mussorie (75 kms by road)

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Mussoorie (1.5 Hours) enroot visit Shiv Ratan Kander, Sahai dham and Tibatien temple. On arrival check in at hotel and rest. In evening visit the Mall road. Night stay in Mussoorie.



Day 11: Mussorie

After breakfast, visit the most beautiful 'Kempty waterfalls' and enjoy an optional cable car ride at the Gun Hills for a beautiful views of the Dun valley and Company garden, Camel back etc Evening free to explore various scenic sights / visit mall road and individual activities. Night stay in Mussorie.



Day 12: Mussorie – Delhi (250 kms/ 5 hrs)

After breakfast check out from hotel drive to Delhi. Reach Delhi in the afternoon ,half of the day is for own leisure activities overnight in hotel.



Day 13: Delhi Departure

After breakfast checkout from the hotel drive to Delhi airport for flight back home with sweet memories of India.
