» Payment Terms & Methods: *20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost
» Other Terms & Conditions, if any(optional): PTT will be responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest and present in inclusion items. All other services which are not paid by the guest or not mentioned in inclusion list of the package is suggested services and PTT Holidays is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
In situations beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. Likewise, if the customer has to leave the tour mid-way due to any reasons including and not limited to death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
The customer having any complain regarding our service including and not limited to hotels, house boats, transport etc. they are advised to inform our operations manager immediately at +917006350867 so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same will be entertained after the tour programs.
Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 20% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.
