Payment Policy:

• 25% payment at the time of booking.

• 75% payment before 3 days of Check-in.

Note: A minimum of 25% has to be paid as the Booking Amount excluding Train/Air Fare and the Booking Amount is Non-Refundable for Flights/trains You have to pay the full ticket Amount as Quoted by the Company and the Trip will start only after Paying the Full amount.

• Early check-in / late check-out subject to hotel policy • Any change in itinerary due to weather or operational issues is not our responsibility 

• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

• There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out. In case of a medical condition, refunds depend entirely on the hotel policy.

• Check-in and check-out times at hotels are as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• GenNext Holidays Booking is solely a service provider and shall not be held responsible for any incidents occurring during the trip or as a result of interactions with third parties, including hotels, vendors, or other service providers.

• GenNext Holidays Booking reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, or closure of/entry restrictions at a place of visit. While efforts will be made to arrange suitable alternatives, GenNext Holidays Booking is not liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from such changes.

• In case of flight cancellations, GenNext Holidays Booking is not liable to provide alternate flights at the same cost. Any additional expenses incurred for alternate flights are the responsibility of the traveller.

• GenNext Holidays Booking will not provide refunds for health issues. In case of medical emergencies, all medical expenses are the customer's responsibility.

• Suppose your flights involve a combination of different airlines. In that case, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.

• GenNext Holidays Booking doesn't give any confirmation about the availability of confirmed tickets it totally depends upon upon the Indian Railway Policies

• Extra charges apply for A/Cusage in hills.

• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
