Mount Laoshan

Mount Laoshan is located in Qingdao, on the southeastern Shangdong Peninsula. Confronting the Yellow Sea, it is one of China's major grand resorts and has long held the reputation as China's most acclaimed mountain overlooking the ocean.

The mountain is known for its strangely molded rocks, old trees and crystal clear springs. The whole mountain covers 446 square kilometers 44,600 hectares and highlights 218 spots of interest, both expansive and little.

There is neither serious warmth in summer nor is there extreme cool in winter. Mount Laoshan is a well known Taoist mountain boasting both mountain and seaside landscapes. Among all the outstanding mountains crosswise over China, it is the just a single situated on the coastline.
