About The Summit

The Summit is a town and locality in the Southern Downs Region, Queensland, Australia. In the 2011 census, The Summit had a populace of 484 people. The metropolis takes its name from The Summit railway station, which changed into so named because it became the best point at the Southern railway line from Warwick to Wallangarra. The Summit is predominantly farmland with a few city development surrounding the railway station.
