Overall it was good. The owner was very prompt in answering any question. Even at midnight he sent driver at Delhi airport. Driver was also good without any bad habits though sometime we felt his driving in hills too fast. The car condition has scope for improvement to get better quality customers.

Fraud Travel Agent. He has circulated a Pan India plan for a Hotel stay 3 and/or 4 Star hotels for 5 days/4 nights in Rs.10,990/- payable in advance and travel within 11 months. I subscribed to him by paying through Credit Card via Pay U Money(PUM) gateway and didn't got my Hotel Booking Voucher in spite of making follow ups for >1 week. Thereafter, PUM got hold of him and instructed him to issue Hotel Voucher, which he issued for Hotel Radisson-Varanasi. I checked with Hotel Radisson Varanasi about correctness of this Voucher, which they confirmed. However, after a span of another 4 weeks, when my date for visit to Varanasi was near, I checked with Hotel Radisson Varanasi again, when I came to know that this Reservation/Booking is cancelled, as the Travel Agent(Yatra Travel - New Delhi) has not turned up for making payment. As a result, I have to make fresh booking with another Hotel at Varanasi and my journey costed me > Rs.49,500/-. I intend to warn fellow travelers to be cautious with such fraudulent Travel Agents.
