Aydincik

Aydincik is a town and area of Mersin Province on the Mediterranean bank of Turkey, 173 km or 107 mi from Mersin and 325 km or 202 mi from Antalya. Aydincik has been called Arm, Gilindire, Kelenderis. This remote coastline is generally untainted and 38 kilometers in length, including some sandy shoreline, and the town of Aydincik is spread along the drift almost a little point, Sancak Burnu.

The remaining parts of old Celenderis are not very many and the remnants today are generally overlaid by the extending present day Aydincik. Fortresses may in any case be identified around the cutting edge beacon on the little projection which structures and directions the harbor. There is a landlocked straight with its popular spring 1.6 km toward the west at Soguksu. Here there are old remnants, outstandingly a shower at the leader of the straight and archeological trash on the landmass at its mouth.
