1. Fill the application form

You can download the Indonesia application form online and fill all the details in it. Write non-applicable in section in which you don't require to fill the details. Don't leave it empty

Covering Letter-

A letter which states the purpose of your visit to Indonesia is to be attached along.

Passport-

It is very important that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of your arrival. Even there should be one empty page for the visa stamp. The passport should be in a good condition and no creases should be there on it.

Passport size photograph-

You must attach two recent passport size photographs with the form. The photograph should not be more than three months old. It means the picture should be a recent one and should have a white background. The photograph should be such that seventy to eighty percent space should be occupied by the face of the person. Even from hairstyle to chin it should be clearly visible in the photo.

Confirmed air travel-

It is very important to have the reservation of flight that is arrival and departure both are required to get the Visa. This is compulsory as it proves that you are entitled to go back to your own country.

 

2. Visa Fee

You are charged with 25 USD or 10 USD depending on your stay in Indonesia. This fee is to be paid along with the file. This fee is to be paid in cash.

Adequate funds-

The applicant needs to show adequate funds proving their affordability for the trip. This is important as you can stay comfortably in Indonesia.

Hotel bookings-

You even need to show the reservation of your stay in Indonesia. This is very important for the Visa. If there is a sponsor you need to show a sponsorship letter with a proof of the sponsor.

The processing time for the file is 3 to 4 day. The applicant can stay in Indonesia for a span of 30 days and extend maximum to 60 days. The consular officer has the full right to ask any further extra documents for visa processing.

Tracking your file-

You can track your file by the reference number given to you. It can be checked online. Even by writing your date of birth you can track your file.

Collecting the passport-

You can collect your passport in person that is by hand or you can get it courier at your address. For that, you need to attach an envelope with your address and stamp on it which will be sent to you by mail.
