"travel pleasant bangalore by name kavya madam and mr.sudhkar jointly misguided and utterly failed to refund my dues since september 2nd 2018 as they have failed to provide transport for pickup from london airport to hotl on 23rd august 2018 and on 30th 2018 from cross road railway station to leonard hotel london heathrow airport which was included in the package for which rs135000/ as paid.inspite of several assurances from mr.sudhakar from travel pleasant till now payment is not done."
