Wormstedt

Wormstedt is the district and seat of the region Saaleplatte in the district of Weimarer Land in Thuringia. Wormstedt is situated on the level among Ilm and Saale on uberklststem Muschelkalk. The stream Utenbach ascends in the district and streams to the town Utenbach toward the west, at that point toward the north, to open in Flurstedt in the Ilm. The national street 1059 from Apolda to Camburg contacts north of the spot.
