Edith Tudor Hart, The Bauhaus and Isokon is the centenary of the founding of the Bauhaus artwork college in Germany, starting one of the most well-known artwork and layout movements of the 20th century. Less acknowledged is that several of its key players escaped to the Isokon building in north London. Leyla Daybelge and Magnus England, authors of latest book Isokon and the Bauhaus in Britain Batsford, communicate about Bauhaus graduate Edith Tudor Hart, her images of the Isokon constructing and the emigre network in 30s London. The occasion will be followed with the aid of an e-Book signing.
