We booked the trip with traveloutsav on your recommendation. We are picked up at the airport as promised. On the downside the driver didn't speak much English. We were told that we would have a guide to take us around. No guide showed up for the whole trip. We were put in a different hotel. Told we would be staying at residency fort, we stayed at the residency emerald. No complaints about hotel. It was very comfortable and staff were all friendly and professional. On the first day our driver dropped us off at the gateway of India and left us to find our own way around. As 2 English women on our own, it was quite a frightening experience. We made our own way to elephanta caves, and luckily we found a guide who explained all to us. At our own expense. We ere taken to the hanging gardens and once again left to out own devices. It was a street seller that explained the history behind them. The second day was a total disaster. The driver told us we had 2 choices. We could go to a water park or be dropped off at a shopping center. Neither of which we wanted to do. All in all it was not a good experience, due to the fact that we didn't have a guide to show us around. The driver did his best, but he could only do so much. Regards Wendy

Had a wonderful and exciting trip. Good customer service from Travel. Travel Consultant is a good man. Very supportive. He is the Man who made our trip wonderful. All his arrangements and guidance very helpful for us. Hope fully we will come next time with Traveloutsav.

It was nice speaking to you. Overall, our trip to Jaipur went well. The driver, Sanjay ,was nice and helpful. The guide was knowledgable and was also nice. Our experience with hotel, was in general , positive. The decor, room and food were good. Again, our experience in visiting Jaipur was positive. Choki Dhani, was the best of the places visited. Thanks again Mohit. If my friends decide to take the city tour, I will contact you.
