Terms and Conditions

• * 100% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
•  If we receive your cancellation before the starting date of the trip,
•  Minimum cancellation is Rs.1000/- Per Person Per Tour for Domestic
•  Minimum cancellation is Rs.3000/- per person for international,
•  20 days before Check in Date 40% of the package amount ,
•  15 days before Check in Date 75% of the package amount,
•  10 days before Check in Date 100% Retention ,
•  No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
•  Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges
•  The tour price is quoted as a package.
•  The refund will be credited to the depositor by cheque or NEFT within 21 to 45 working days.

• THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BOOKING, DEPOSIT: –
•  Customer will not get the booking until they deposit half of the booking price.
•  Final payments will be deposit after getting all the confirmation or a few special trips, 30 days before your trip starts.
•  We also accept bookings from minors; however we do require the signature of either both the parents and the legal guardian on both, booking form and liability waiver.
•  Customer has to pay full booking price of flight in advance if they want to travel with it. Due to the y the price of flight. The price of booking of flight price may increase.
•  Hotels are subject to availability.
•  If you are not able to deposit the full amount by given time Amazing Trip has rights to cancel your booking without prior notice and amount will be refund as per cancellation policy.
• CONFIRMATION LETTER:-
•  Upon receipt of the booking form, release of liability form and deposit,
•  You will receive a confirmation by email followed by an Information Letter with detailed information regarding our contact information, meeting time, departure time.
• PAYMENTS: –
•  The prices quoted are for payment by cash Deposit, Net banking IMPS, NEFT, RTGS , or cheque.
•  The tour price is payable to Amazing Trip, 45 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by that date entitles Amazing Trip, to cancel your booking without notice and without refund of the deposit.
•  Prices are quoted in Rupees. For some special trips, the booking date may be up to 2 or 3 months before departure.
• HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS: –
•  Participants must be in good health and in a good physical condition.
•  It is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure.
•  If you suffer from severe muscular, chest, heart or bronchial disorders, or if you are a severe asthmatic, or have high blood pressure,
•  You are strongly advised against participating. Our trips generally take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems.
•  Where necessary, evacuation can be prolonged but it is difficult and expensive. Medical and evacuation expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.
• Refund Policy

• CANCELLATIONS: –
• If you need to cancel a booking package due to any reason, please do so in writing best by e- mail.
•  If we receive your cancellation before the starting date of the trip,
•  Minimum cancellation is Rs. 1000/- Per Person Per Tour for Domestic

• NOTE: Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances strikes, etc to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot
• CANCELLED PROGRAMS: –
•  If Amazing Trip has to cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings, you can plan your tour within 11 month.
•  Amazing Trip is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participants in preparation for the trip. However, you will not be entitled to make any further claim for any injury, loss, expenses or damage either direct or consequential or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, stuff purchases, airport and airline taxes .
• EXCLUSION FROM TOUR PRICE:-
• The following items are excluded from the tour price: *visa, passport and vaccination charges;
• *departure, airport and airline taxes; *extra meals not included in the itinerary; *laundry, postage, personal clothing, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and items of a personal nature;
• *emergency evacuation charges; and *tips and excess baggage charges. Refer to our trip notes for full details.
