Terms and Conditions

• We only confirm after receiving 50% in advance of the total package cost and 100% advance for Camping charges. The remaining payments have to be paid on or before 03 days of the
• programmer date, otherwise it would be regarded as cancelled and cancellation charges will be applicable as per the terms.
•  The guests have to send the scanned copy of deposit slip or online transfer details or
• whatsoever after the payments.
•  The guest must respect the local ethics and customs.
•  The organizers are not responsible for any refund because of any natural and man-made
• conditions (governmental / private strike, blockade etc.) which is beyond their control.
•  Camping and Trekking are purely adventure activities and it involves certain risks. The
• organizers are not responsible for loss or damage in any form.
•  The damage in any form to the camping materials is subject to full payment of the product
• MRP with taxes and with an extra Rs. 1,000 per material.
•  The organizers reserve the right to change the price, venue and facilities with or without
• any prior notice to the guests if they feel it’s best for all.
•  Cancellation: In case of any cancellation, the same must be given in writing. As per the conditions of the programme, Rs. 1,000.00 will be deducted per person on account of
• communication charges and in addition, the organizers will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges on Total Programme Fees: 30 or more Days-30%, 29-20 Days-
• 40%, 19-08 Days- 80%, 07 Days onward and ‘No Show’ on the desired date 100%.
• Refund: In case of any refund, the same will be paid directly by us to you, or
• through whom you have forwarded your payments to us. Processing of the refunds would
• be after 30 days.
• Includes:
•  Camping with sleeping bags and sleeping mats on sharing basis.
•  Meals: First day evening snacks/Maggie, dinner and second day breakfast and early lunch.
• Boiled/fresh stream water during the trek. Non veg items on pre-request only.
•  Trekking: Experience local guide for 02 days.
•  Vehicle: Point to point transfers as per the packages by Tata
• Things to carry:
•  Heavy Raingears.
•  Good walking shoes as due to rain, the trek is slippery.
•  Torch light.
•  Light woolen cloths. Temperature remains 28 to 16 degree. Sometimes it might go below due to
• continuous rain.
•  Dry food, energy bars/ chocolates for the trek.
•  Personal first aid kit and prescribed medicines if any.
•  Extra batteries for your camera.
