  • 25% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
  • 75% Refund will be made within working 60 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
  • 50% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
  • 25% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
  • Refund will be processed through NEFT within 07 working days PLEASE NOTE - THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON HIGH PEAK DATES / PEAK SEASON AND ANY LONG WEEKEND (01ST MARCH TO 05TH JULY AND 20TH SEPT TO 10TH JAN) ,FULL RETENTION WILL BE CHARGED AND IF THE GUEST WILL CANCEL THE BOOKING BEFORE THE CANCELLATION POLICY THEN 10% WILL BE CHARGED AS PER COMPANY LAW. BESIDES ABOVE, IN CERTAIN CASES LIKE TRAIN JOURNEYS, HOTELS OR RESORTS BOOKINGS DURING THE PEAK SEASON (CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEAR) OR DURING FAIRS/FESTIVALS, FULL PAYMENT MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO HOLD SPACE ON CONFIRMED BASIS. 5 of us booked in true love holidays.excellent experienced. rs.5500 per head was the package for 3 days and 2nights. airport pickup and drop. good hospitality in the hotels where we stayed. i will recommend this travels to my friends. thank u mr. pradeep.
