Bangkok National Museum

This is the most important of all national museums in Thailand. The main displays of the museum contains ancient Thai art and heritage artifacts. The museum was opened in the year 1874 by King Rama V to display items that belonged to King Rama IV. The architecture of the building is reminiscent of traditional Thailand style.
