Holiday trip was memorable, representative Mr.Aditya had done a great job and took lot of care he was in continuous contact with me on whats app. driver u have arranged mr.kuruvilla was also well mannered and excellent driver.
Stay in siena village/glade forest/and house boat was enjoyed by family members. but one thing even though I didnt face much problems but this organisation are having very bad reputation on payment part and that they have to improve and their accounts and finance dept did not clear the dues for taxi driver in time so in between the tour I was disturbed as he was in a plan to go away in the middle of the tour but I convinced him and I assured him than he continued with us.
so needs lot of improvement in administration and finance part. I hope they will improve in weak areas.

It was a good experience with Indianholidayclub. We visited Kerala in the month of May (2017).Everything was as per plan. The rooms they provided were good. The local schedule of the programme was well planned. The best part of the trip was the availability of local cab(Tavera),which was in a very good condition. We really appreciate the cab driver Mr.Bhagya , who guided us in the whole trip. He was very efficient, punctual and well mannered. He made the whole programme enjoyable. We also appreciate the help we got from Ms.Mahesh of Indianholidayclub . Her guidance during the whole trip made us very comfortable.Her way of dealing with the customer and the patience he has, as well as her professionalism is really commendable. Overall, Indianholidayclub Holiday is really a good travel agent.
